Right on the slopes of the Sierra del Torcal de Antequera you will find this rustic-style house. From its garden you will enjoy the landscape combination offered by its views of the Costa del Sol and the entire Sierra. And not only the sight, other senses such as smell, hearing and taste will taste the emotions of being in the middle of nature and in Andalusia.

Wood and stone stand out as construction materials and it will accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed. The other two with two single beds each. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Kitchen connected to the living room, dining room and fireplace. Satellite TV, hot and cold air conditioning, radiator heating and dishwasher are some of its appliances.

Outside you will find the barbecue, the garden and the swimming pool with salt treatment.

We chose this place for a weekend in paradise… A beautiful setting, overlooking part of the Malaga skyline, at the foot of El Torcal. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed thanks to the peaceful and serene atmosphere. The house is perfectly located, surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from the village. A comfortable and very practical house with everything you need for an unforgettable weekend getaway.

Perfect place to relax

We had a great stay at this apartment. Prior communication with Katarina worked perfectly, however for the acutal house tour knowlege of Spanish is definetly recommended. The location is great for finding peace and quiet while still being close to larger cities such as Malaga. The only drawback were the many barking dogs in the adjacent property. Definetly a place we would come back to!

The accommodation is fantastic, more beautiful and comfortable even than what you see in the photos. It has everything you need to feel at home (appliances, dishes, etc.) and the fireplace is perfect for the cold nights we spent, you don't notice the smoke at all when it's on (it also has a heat pump in each room and in the living room). We were 6 people and we were spacious in all cases, the kitchen is incredibly spacious and at the bar you can leave something without problems with the stools (although there is a huge table in the living room, so everyone can be quiet) . Its location gives absolute privacy, since it is only 2 km away. from Villanueva de la concepción along an easy to navigate path, very close to Torcal, Antequera and other points such as Ardales and Caminito del Rey that we visited. Although we could not enjoy the outside, it is simply fantastic and equipped with all the comforts. We will definitely repeat if we return to the area, Katerina is very kind and allowed us a flexible schedule both at check-in and check-out, thank you very much for taking care of both the guests and the house.

Alojamiento simplemente perfecto - queda a unos 2 km del pueblo (camino de montaña) y está idealmente situado para gente buscando tranquilidad. El entorno y, sobre todo el Jatdín, parecen encantadores. La piscina era genial para los niños y la barbacoa para el padre 😊. Hay varias posibilidades para relajarse en la terraza o en el jardín y gozar de la vista espectacular (se ve el mar). La decoración del interior de la casa está muy bonita y adecuada a la zona. Un dormitorio (con cama matrimonial) dispone de un baño privado (con bañera muy grande), los dos otros dormitorios disponen de un baño común (con bidet y ducha). Los colchones son ultra confortables y dormimos muy bien. Nos encantó poder comer o en el comedor al lado de la cocina, o en la terraza o en el jardín al lado de la barbacoa. La cocina es grande y muy bien equipada (aunque había poca cubertería). Toda la casa estaba muy limpia y las camas hechas al llegar. El wifi funcionó sin problemas, pero podría resultar un poco lento para el teletrabajo. Estuvimos encantados de la casa de Katerina y de los cuidados de su padre y esperamos poder volver pronto.

Als wir am Haus ankamen, waren wir von der Außenfassade angenehm überrascht. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr gepflegt und die Umgebung ist nicht gegensätzlich und auf einer Seite von einer Rasenfläche umgeben, auf der Sie die Sonne am Pool oder unter den Hütten genießen können, die Sie davor schützen Es. Es gibt einen Grill mit mehreren Essbereichen, um den Moment direkt zu genießen. Der Innenraum ist ebenfalls ein Wohnzimmer mit einer halboffenen Einbauküche mit Bar, er ist sehr gut durchdacht: Die rustikale Seite zu nutzen und gleichzeitig die Modernität beizubehalten, ist sehr gut Die Zimmer sind geräumig, auch wenn die Doppelbetten etwas klein sind (es ist gierig) Die Badezimmer sind ausgezeichnet, wir haben die Wasserhähne und Duschen sehr geschätzt. Wir waren 8 Tage dort und insgesamt hat es sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten zwei Probleme, von denen eines vom Gastgeber gelöst wurde: - Ein Hund betrat nachts das Grundstück, was die Kinder erschreckte und uns in Bezug auf die Sicherheit ein wenig Angst machte. Der Gastgeber beruhigte uns, indem er kam, um den Zaun zu überprüfen. Um 4 Uhr morgens betrat der Hund das Haus ein zweites Mal und begann zu bellen. Das hat uns geweckt und allen Angst gemacht, dann kam es gleichzeitig zu einem Stromausfall (ich stelle Ihnen die Szene vor) Mehr Angst als Schaden, der Hund ging und der Strom war wieder da, aber das beruhigte uns nicht mehr, da wir wussten, dass wir isoliert mitten auf den Feldern waren. Abgesehen von diesem Missgeschick war alles gut und der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Lösung der aufgetretenen Probleme Malaga ist etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, sodass wir mehrere Hin- und Rückfahrten unternehmen konnten. Ich kann dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, wir haben uns gut erholt und die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit.

La Villa mérite une note parfaite. Tout est en place pour favoriser un séjour magnifique. L’emplacement a lui seul vaut le coup : au pied du El Torcal et une vue jusqu’à la mer. L’aménagement extérieur a été pensé avec soin : piscine, bbq, terrasse, jardin. Et l’aspect absolument privé du lieu est impeccable. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire et est conforme à l’annonce. C’est notre 3e location à Villanueva de la Concepćion et celle-ci surpasse les deux autres. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires: une famille qui occupe ces lieux depuis 5 générations et qui maîtrisent l’art de l’accueil. Merci de nous permettre de profiter de cette location exceptionnelle.

Es una casa que te permite la tranquilidad que desees. Hay pueblos lindos al volante. El Torcal detrás de la casa es imponente. La localización alejada del pueblo es perfecta. Por la noche había muchas estrellas y nos tumbábamos a ver estrellas fugaces. Si quieres playa, la tienes a unos 50 minutos. La combinación de barbacoa con piscina es genial. José Maria y Francisco muy amables y atentos. Así que encontramos justo lo que buscábamos.

Tanto la casa como su entorno está muy bien. La carretera de acceso a Villanueva de la concepción desde Antequera es de montaña, no está mal, pero hay que ir con cuidado. El camino desde el pueblo hasta la casa será unos tres kilometros, aproximadamente, también debemos estar atentos en el camino. Una vez que llegas a la casa vais a disfrutar de un lugar estupendo. Habitaciones amplias y comodas.La chimenea va perfectamente, la cocina es también comoda y me resulto agradable cocinar en ella. La piscina estaba impecable pero no hicimos uso de ella, en febrero es complicado. Yo diría, sin temor a equivocarme, que es un lugar muy recomendable al que volvería sin duda alguna. Muchas Gracias José María por tu atención y amabilidad.

Het zou helemaal fenomenaal zijn als de heg gekortwiekt werd, zodat je vanaf het beneden terras ook een schitterend uitzicht hebt over de vallei. Dit huis staat zeker op onze lijst om nog eens naar terug te keren!

Maravilloso, necesitaba una escapada familiar en un entorno relajado en la naturaleza y ha sido mucho mejor de lo esperado. La ubicación, las vistas, el acceso, la privacidad, la tranquilidad, la comodidad. Lo tiene todo. Los niños han disfrutado más que yo jugando sin ningún riesgo en el jardín. Piscina perfecta, hemos dado un baño a pesar del frío, no podíamos irnos sin hacerlo. Bbq exterior muy cómoda. La casa muy acogedora. Camas cómodas, cocina completa, chimenea increíble y leña disponible en el porche. El dueño nos acompañó hasta la casa, nos explicó todo y nos dejó quedarnos el día de salida hasta por la tarde. Su amabilidad y su trato de 10. Hemos quedado muy pero que muy contentos. Gracias.

La propiedad es muy bonita y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, incluído lavavajillas!. Las vistas

La propiedad es muy bonita y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, incluído lavavajillas!. Las vistas desde la zona piscina-bbq son mayormente al Torcal, pero en el mirador de la parte de arriba las vistas son realmente algo especial, especialmente por la noche. Tuvimos algún problema con la electricidad que se saltaba amenudo, pero estamos seguros de que Francisco está ya en ello. Es un hombre encantador que intenta por todos los medios hacer de tu estancia lo mas placentera posible. La casa necesitaría de un poquito de mantenimiento: Bombillas fundidas, colchas ya muy viejitas y a veces con rotos, muebles de baño ya muy antiguos...pero nada que dificulte la estancia. La ducha de la piscina que se vé en las fotos ya no está, al igual que la diana con dardos. Convendría llevar pinzas-utensilios de barbacoa ya que allí solo hay unas pinzas y no son las mejores. La chimenea funciona maravillosamente, no se forma nada de humo, y Francisco facilita toda la leña que puedas desear. La piscina es de un tamaño buenísimo, se pueden incluso nadar largos. El porche, quizás, necesitaría algo más de luz, al igual que la zona de barbacoa. Exceptuando pequeños detalles, esta es una de las mejores casas rurales en las que hemos estado y volveremos sin duda.
