Bring your boat and/or jet skis and pull right up to this three bedroom, two bath house on the Colorado River. We have a private boat dock and 2 jet-ski docks and a swimming area. You will be staying in a stunning three bedroom house with two king beds, one queen bed and one twin. Spacious kitchen, incredible views, it doesn't get any better than this. A new gas bbq grill in place 8/11/2021. A boat ramp just a few doors down. Pet's are allowed for $75 per pet/per stay. The house is set up for 7 occupants. If you have more than 7 AT ANY TIME, it’s $50 per night per person upon prior approval. You will need to bring bedding for the extra people. Absolutely no parties!! We have a tenant in the bungalow below the house.. No different than a neighbor. You may see them, but they aren't in your space. We have off street parking for three cars in the driveway parked perpendicular to the street.
