Perfect House, Perfect Host

We enjoyed our stay in Chiclana a lot. The House is exactly as shown in the pictures and description. Just perfect. The owner is always around and reacts within minutes. 100% recommendation!

The house and garden are beautiful. It's situated in a quiet area, close to several supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops. Two bus stops to the town and the beach are within walking distance. The Bahía Cádiz Natural Park is also nearby. The living room is comfortably furnished with ample space for six people. The garden features several seating areas, allowing you to choose between sun and shade. The pool is a generous size. In short, a wonderful house to spend some time in.

Certainement le meilleur hébergement depuis pas mal d'années que nous louons par Vacaciones Chiclana. Tout était complet et en bon état, dans un endroit calme et bien situé, pas loin de la plage de La Barrosa.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus. Eine sehr schöne und geräumige Villa, super ausgestattet und sehr schön gelegen. Man hat alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern pudelwohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. David, der Vermieter, reagiert super schnell auf Fragen und ist immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Die Kommunikation war super.

Ein Haus in guter Lage zu Geschäften und ...

Ein Haus in guter Lage zu Geschäften und dem Bus sowie für viele Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die Ausstattung ist für einen Spanischen Besitzer schon recht gut, allerdings nicht wirklich gut für mehr als 2 Mieter. Es gibt genau 3 Gartenliegen und wenig bzw. verschlissenes Material ( Teller und Tassen) von IKEA in der Küche, falls man sich selber Verpflegt. Ansonsten ein imposantes Haus das halt in die Jahre allgemein gekommen ist, viele Sachen sind durch die Vermietung beschädigt.

Tolles Haus. Entspricht zu 100 % dem Expose. Der Besitzer, David, kümmert sich perfekt um das Objekt. Perfekt ist, dass jedes Zimmer Rolläden mit integrierten Fliegengittern hat. Mietet dieses Haus, es ist perfekt. Holiday Chiclana bietet definitiv tolle Häuser an.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez David. La villa est magnifique, propre, spacieuse. Mes enfants etaient heureux! David, le propriétaire est très gentil. On a communiqué via google traduction quand c'était nécessaire 👌. La plage est à 5 minutes en voiture, il y a des supermarchés et fast food à 3 minutes. C'est vraiment pratique. Je recommande+++

sehr netter Vermieter. Englisch ist zwingend erforderlich zur Kommunikation. Villa ist alles in allem sehr schön… mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. ( zb Armatur der Garten-Dusche lose, Ein Fliegengitter defekt) Nichts wirklich schlimmes Garten und Pool top.. 3 Terrassen, sodass man immer die Möglichkeit hat sich zu entscheiden ob Sonne oder Schatten

je suis partie pendant une semaine, dans cette villa avec mon frère .une très jolie villa, dans un coin calme et agréable !! le propriétaire david est top et toujours là, si il y a le moindre problème !! je reviendrai sans hésiter 👍👍

Ein schöne Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen, ein super großer Pool in einem gepflegten Garten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen.

Casa ideal para vacaciones

Acabamos de estar 1 semana y nos ha parecido una casa muy cómoda, confortable y muy bien cuidada, en una urbanización privada. Está a 5m de la playa y la zona de piscina y jardín es excelente, el tamaño de la piscina es grande. Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo
