Duplex apartment for 5 people on the third and top floor without lift in a residential complex. The apartment consists of: a bedroom with double bed plus single bed, second bedroom in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase, with two single beds . A bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, living room, closet and entrance hall. Two balconies, one of which overlooking the sea. Safe and TV (no sat)
The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning.
Outdoor supervised swimming pool with sun terraces, completely new, will be open from early June 2026 until the end of September.Private parking inside the property. In a quiet and sunny position surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the center and the sea, the residence also has a children's playroom, washing machine for common use with coin acceptor, outdoor porch with vending machines for hot drinks and snacks. Free wifi connection throughout the hotel. Pets allowed with supplement. Linen only on request for a fee, baby bed and high chair on request free of charge. Agreement with bathing establishment.

Lovely apartment

A super apartment block, with a lovely maintained and clean pool. Very friendly owner. Easy walk to a few beaches, lots of space taken up with sun umbrellas but still plenty of free space. Lots of places to eat at night and a pretty town. We used the very convenient train to visit other towns along the coast, and also onwards to Milan. Nice view from the apartment. We didn't have a car, but that wasn't a problem. Easy walk to a couple of small supermarkets.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Federica ist sehr zuvorkommend, der Pool wurde neu angelegt und ist top, der Strand ist mit ca. 15 min gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt ist sehr charmant, mit kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants ... für uns passte alles!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Federica eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die auch gut deutsch spricht. Der Pool ist top und mit Aufsicht. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Ausstattung gut. Ein kleinerer Mangel war, dass es kein deutsches TV gab. Aber für uns war das kein großes Problem. In den Ort geht man etwa 10 Minuten den Berg runter. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus und mit einer Schranke gesichert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Danke Federica.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wohnung sauber und ausgestattet. Für den Strand braucht man einen Sonnenschirm, den wir aus der Wohnung mitnehmen durften.

Ein wirklich tolle Wohnung in toller Lage. Vermieter ist viel präsent, die Wohnung ist sauber und die Poolnutzung ist klasse. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mit drei Kindern.

Rustig hotel nabij het schoonste strand

Een zeer goed onderhouden, vrij nieuw uitziend appartement met alles erop en eraan. Zeer schoon. Betrokken en aardige eigenaresse, zeer correct in haar antwoorden. Reageert snel. Spreekt haar talen goed. Verbeterpunten: deurtjes van de keuken klapperen hard. In dit internationale resort hoort een zwembadbewaker, die Engels kan. Bij ons ontstonden er daardoor misverstanden en boosheid over en weer. Na zijn extreme uitbrander naar onze zoon zijn wij niet meer naar het zwembad gegaan. De regels zijn te streng voor jeugdige mensen. In het zwembad aan de overkant golden die regels niet (badmuts, niet springen/duiken etc.) Zo'n jonge bewaker zou zijn tijd beter kunnen gebruiken, door bijvoorbeeld Engels te leren. Wij vinden: een must. Dan was dit niet gebeurd.
