Beautiful modern apartment Emil Zora A8 is located in Ruskamen, county Lokva Rogoznica, near the town of Omiš. It is a part of an apartment complex and the apartment it's self can accommodate up to 5 persons.
It has two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower. In the main living space, you can find a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you could need (microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, etc.). Next to the kitchen, there's a big dining room and a living room with a seating area and a TV. The sofa can be used as additional bed for extra guests. From here, you can enter the balcony with a sea view - perfect spot for enjoying in a meal or a warm summer evening in Dalmatia. Outside, there's a shared garden with a shared pool and a BBQ at the guests' disposal. . Private parking is at your disposal. The swimming pool is only in use from April 15th to October 15th.
