It consists of two bathrooms, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two separated beds, living room with sitting area and TV, fully equipped kitchen with wooden fireplace, freezer and refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave oven and also a dining area for 4 persons. The apartment has a roofed terrace with lounging area overlooking the garden, ideal for a peaceful breakfast. The apartment is air-conditioned. The guests can use shared pool and billiard table in the garden. There's also a shared entertainment and play room with TV and sitting area for 10 persons. Private parking space is at your disposal. Apartment House Peresiji is located in the centre of Istria, and it offers you the possibility to make many day trips to the famous tourist destinations Pula, Porec, Rovinj or the popular tourist locations in the central Istria.

What an amazing place, clean well equipped peaceful relaxing ,I honestly can't fine a single down side to staying in this property .
