From the upper property, simply take the stairs down to the front house. This beachfront is perfect for large groups gatherings, accommodating 10 comfortably. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, & 2 kitchens, makes this beach property ideal for experiencing the Malibu lifestyle! Located on one of Malibu’s most private, pristine beaches. Also, right next to the famous surf spot called County Line plus walking distance to Malibu's landmark restaurant called: Neptune's Net Seafood.
This property is the ideal beach getaway for large families or groups to experience everything Malibu has to offer. Enjoy the A+ water rating while swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, kite surfing & more. View breathtaking sunsets over the Channels Islands. Beach Rental for a large group

We stayed for a couple of nights and had a great time. There is a smaller house which is right above a larger house. It was perfect for us because we had the larger group downstairs and then some privacy for the others upstairs. We would meet in the larger space for meals and to enjoy the large and beautiful deck. A great setup for a group gathering or for a larger family trip.
