Fabulous location for a family getaway. Great location close to Manson and downtown Chelan. Pool was fantastic and lots of seating options around pool.

nice property

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Very nice layout with plenty of space. My kids loved the heated pool and games in the garage. Nice quiet neighborhood and was able to park my boat on the driveway easily. Everything was clean, had everything we needed to cook and grilling was awesome on the deck. Definitely recommend staying here!

Don’t come here if you want privacy

We had a group of 12 friends and while using the pool the owner and neighbors took pictures of us. Not only did they harass us about having music during the day time but the also invaded our privacy by taking pictures of us in bathing suits. The fence around the pool gives you no privacy. Don’t recommend this if you want to have music and privacy.

From 4 Years of renting our place out we have never had a neighbor complain about a renter. This however was not the case with you since we had 4 separate neighbors calling us at 12-3am about very loud music and well over the 12 guest limit. We have no problem with music but have a no loud music policy after 9pm which you agreed to by signing our Rental agreement.

Good location, but house is just fine

* Thermostat didn't seem to behave properly and we all had a bad night sleep when we realized somehow it changed to 78F by itself. * The pool floor is slippery as other reviews pointed out. * We missed games room from the other houses we've been. * Propane gas was 1/3 of life and we had to fill right away (The other one was empty). * Overall amenities were pretty new and high end though.

We are sorry about the thermostat, somehow the settings got changed, but we got it all taken care of. As stated in the rental contract, the propane is the responsibility of each renter when they arrive. We aren't sure about where the game room review came from-we don't list having one. We did have to keep part of the security deposit as the renters left a significant amount of water balloons in the pool, which traveled all the way into our pool pump causing it to shut off and and needing a new filter and service. Overall the house was extremely dirty and not left in the condition that it was in when the renters arrived.

Great House!

Wonderful location, about 5min from downtown Manson and 10min to downtown Chelan. Walking distance to casino and wineries. I don’t think we left the pool for the whole trip because it was so great, the pools edge seating was great. House was very spacious and had everything we needed. Property manger was extremely responsive to any questions or comments throughout stay. Definitely will be back.

Amazing place to stay with friends!

We had planned a trip to Vegas to celebrate a 50th birthday but that was canceled due to Covid so we found your house at the last minute. The owner was very communicative, helpful and accommodating. Having the pool right in the back yard was amazing and we enjoyed being able to just hang out, listen music and visit with each other. Way better than a trip to Vegas!

Hidden gem in Manson

Trip purpose: chill bach party Chad was great, super responsive and friendly. The house was stocked with everything you'd need, even a hair dryer and griddle. Pictures didn't do this place justice, much more updated in person and view of the lake was gorgeous! Pool was clutch but little to no shade in case that's an issue for anyone - we thoroughly enjoyed it with weather in the 90s. Would definitely stay again!

Very cute house, close to wineries. Easy to find, house and pool were great. Guests before us extended to the morning of our arrival... not very clean, tape on walls, few wall juice splatters, lots of dust, ants, overly full garbage/ recycle on arrival, garage fridge with water filter said filter needed changing/ didn't give ice/ water

Quarantine birthday getaway!

My family and I were happy to be able to getaway for a few days and celebrate my birthday. While the house was clean and perfect and the kids LOVED the pool we came across an ant problem in the downstairs bedrooms. I notified the owner and he responded immediately. I would love to give this house 5 stars except we weren’t able to stay downstairs other then our first night but we still loved our stay! Thanks again chad for allowing us in your home we will be back!

Cute home. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities. Salt water pool-heated pool is a bonus. My kids loved it.It’s not advertised but the deep end of the Pools about 5 feet deep. Lots and lots of towels in the closet. Hair dryer is available Some pool toys in the storage bin by the pool House is situated in a little cul-de-sac up on the hill from the winery. It’s a Cute bike ride down to the winery or even into town.

The spot was awesome. Pool is great and it had chairs and an umbrella for shade outside on a hot day. The house itself is nice and accommodating for any group of people staying over. Overall great experience. Thanks again Chad!

Great property. The only downfall was lack of outdoor patio furniture.

It was a great property and very close to Manson and wineries. The only downfall was there was no shade by the pool. It could use some new dining furniture on the deck and have some comfortable pool furniture with an umbrella.
