This luxurious architect-designed holiday home features a 40 m² swimming pool, a luxury 5-person whirlpool, a sauna for up to 10 people, and a 6-person outdoor wood-fired hot tub. The house is located approximately 600 meters from the fjord and its child-friendly beach. The holiday home is energy-efficient, equipped with both geothermal heating and heat pumps, helping to keep energy consumption low. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house and supplied by these energy-friendly systems. An electric vehicle charging outlet is available at the property (guests must bring their own charging cable). The house offers a wide range of indoor activities to keep both children and adults entertained for hours. Facilities include a billiards table, a table tennis top that can be placed on the billiards table, as well as a poker set complete with chips and a professional poker tabletop. In addition, there is a professional fitness area featuring a stylish bar section with bar stools, refrigerator, ice machine, and more – the perfect place to enjoy a cold drink while working out and staying active during your holiday. Outdoors, guests can relax in the 6-person wood-fired hot tub. Additional outdoor facilities include a basketball hoop, various garden games, and football goals located next to the house on the owner's adjoining property. The large pool and wellness area features one of the largest private pools in the region, measuring an impressive 40 m². The saltwater swimming pool requires only minimal use of chemicals and eliminates the typical chlorine smell. The pool measures 10 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.70 meters and includes a waterslide. The wellness area also offers comfortable lounge furniture, a luxury 5-person whirlpool, and a sauna accommodating up to 10 people. A bright and modern bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity area, and underfloor heating is also located in the pool section. The holiday home is bright and welcoming, featuring vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting throughout. The practical layout combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one spacious and inviting gathering place. The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, separate oven with grill function, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. A variety of kitchen appliances are also available, including a bread maker and blender. The living room offers modern furnishings, free Wi-Fi, music streaming options, and a flat-screen TV with Danish, German, and international channels. Chromecast is also available, allowing guests to stream their own services. The house features three bedrooms, all furnished with quality beds and mattresses: One bedroom with a double bed and TV with Chromecast. One bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and TV with Chromecast. One bedroom with two bunk beds accommodating up to four people. Additionally, there is a loft area with two double beds (140 x 200 cm), also equipped with a TV and Chromecast. The house includes a bright bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity unit, and underfloor heating. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Several open terraces surround the house and are furnished with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers. From the living room, there is direct access to one of the house's large terraces. Please note: The property is not rented to youth groups or construction/work crews. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
