In a very nice residential area. Independent villa has a nice apartment in the attic with two bedrooms: one single, and one double with single bed. Large bathroom with shower, large kitchen with living room, splendid terrace overlooking Urbino equipped for outdoor dining or for sunbathing. Leather sofa, TV, crockery, washing machine, kitchen and bed linen.
The price of the apartment is for a minimum of 2 people per night.
Upon arrival the guest will be honored by a delicious tart prepared by the lady of the house.
A few steps away is the bus stop that takes you to the center in just 2 minutes.
Very well stocked supermarket and tobacconist bar just 500 meters away

Prachtig en ruim appartement in luxe Italiaanse villa

Grote en luxe bovenverdieping van een typisch Italiaanse villa direct onder het schuine dak gelegen in een buitenwijk van Urbino. De gastvrouw was uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze spreekt alleen Italiaans maar wist ons prima alles duidelijk uit te leggen. Er is een grote woonkamer met open keuken, een grote slaapkamer en een ruime badkamer voorzien van douche en bidet. Vanuit de woonkamer toegang tot een groot terras met een tafel, een parasol en twee wat ongemakkelijk zittende stoelen. De slaapkamer had een frans balkon en uitstekende bedden. Het appartement is geheel voorzien van horren. De afstand tot het centrum van Urbino was ca. 2 km. maar is eigenlijk alleen per auto te doen vanwege steile hellingen en het ontbreken van veilige voorzieningen voor voetgangers. We hebben erg genoten van het verblijf in dit appartement en kunnen het ten zeerste aanraden.

Tolle Fewo

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen von Flavia und Familie. Die Fewo war sehr sauber und ordentlich, schöne Terrasse inbegriffen mit Blick auf Urbino. Mit PKW 3 Minuten ins Zentrum zum Parkplatz. Tolle Stadt, super Natur, Wandern, Baden und vieles mehr. Sehr guter Supermarkt in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Come spesso accade per le situazioni senza problemi è difficile trovere qualcosa dire. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, in una posizione coerente con le nostre aspettative e le nostre intenzioni di mobilità anche extra urbino e siamo stati positivamente sorpresi per l'abitabilità offerta dalla mansarda.

L'appartement est situé à l'étage, avec une entrée commune mais quasi indépendante; chambre double spacieuse, séjour cuisine fonctionnel (un canapé lit) avec une terrasse qui permet d'apercevoir la vieille ville; le quartier est calme , éloigné du centre historique de 1,5km, voiture nécessaire; Flavia nous a guidés puis accueillis avec chaleur, elle nous a renseigné au sujet d'Urbino; on recommande.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Bien que l'entrée se fasse dans le hall, nous n'avons jamais été ennuyés. Nicole nous a même fait un gâteau…. La voiture est indispensable car Urbino est à 10 mn. Cet appartement est très tranquille, spacieux et bien équipé.

Good and very spacious apartment only 10 minutes from Urbino.

Quiet neighborhood, in which I felt safe to leave the rental car. On the way to Urbino, a big Conad supermarket is less than 5 minutes away, and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. When it started raining, they even brought me an umbrella. I would return any time.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 2 non in mansarda ma nell'appartamento dal lunedì al sabato. Comodissimo, pulito, abbastanza vicino ad Urbino centro. Posto auto sempre libero. Zona tranquilla. Proprietaria simpatica, mezza crostata anche per noi! Unica pecca se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli, le zanzare. Armatevi di zampironi e repellente.

Bon accueil, appart impeccable, prix raisonnable

Nous n'avons fait qu'une étape d'une nuit chez Flavia, mais son accueil a été chaleureux et amical. L'appartement est impeccable, à 5mn du centre d'Urbino. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la vieille ville. Merci pour les figues ;-)

L'appartamento è molto grande, con tutti i comfort. La casa è pulitissima e c'è tutto il necessario, anche per soggiorni più lunghi. La padrona di casa e la sua famiglia sono fantastici, abbiamo passato giorni bellissimi a casa loro. Consigliatissimo!!!

Vacanza nelle Marche

Splendida settimana trascorsa nella casa alle porte di Urbino; dalla terrazza si poteva godere di una vista magnifica della città. Servizi e comfort ottimi, è in una perfetta posizione per raggiungere qualsiasi metà marchigiana. I proprietari molto cordiali e gentili. Al nostro arrivo la signora Flavia, dopo un'ottima accoglienza, ci ha accolto con una crostata di benvenuto. Un ottima vacanza da consigliare a tutti.

Trés agréable maison

Un appartement très spacieux et très confortable au premier étage d'une maison à 5 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville d'Urbino. Le quartier est très calme et il y a une moyenne surface à proximité immédiate pour se ravitailler. L'appartement est très propre, très lumineux et bien équipé. La propriétaire qui réside sur place est très sympathique et nous a offert un gâteau de bienvenu ! Une bonne adresse et un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
