The Fish Bowl Vacation Rental Home near Sombrero Beach, w/ pool and 80 feet of dockage
The Space:
Enjoy this beautiful spacious ground level, canal front home just 0.4 miles from Sombrero Beach! This unique property can sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms plus (2) queen sofa/sleeper. 2 families can enjoy privacy with a split floor plan.
Relax in the open concept kitchen/living area of this Vacation Rental. The Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood cabinetry. The living area has ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and access to the pool area with sliding glass doors. A queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and one full bath are also located on this side of the home. On the other side of the home are 2 additional bedrooms, one with an en suite bath. In addition, you will find a kitchenette, a small living/dining area, and sliding doors to the backyard.
The outdoor area of the home provides more entertainment with a screened patio pool area. Watch all the sporting events on the flat-screen TV or relax in the evening around the beautiful pool. There is also fish cleaning table, bait freezer, water and power on the 80-foot dock. For the fishermen, this home has a commercial ice maker. All this and only a five-minute walk or bike ride to Sombrero Beach!
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property. Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable.

What makes this property unique
The owners of this home are a family of six.......with that being said, they knew that they needed a Vacation Home spacious enough to enjoy and relax with all of their kids. The owners grew up visiting the Keys while camping, boating, fishing, snorkeling and going to the tiki bar. The owners met at work, got married and started a family. The growing family decided to rent a house in the Florida Keys every summer for a week long vacation with their kids. They rented properties in both Key Largo and Islamorada, but once they stayed in Marathon they felt at home.
They decided to invest in a Vacation home and knew that it had to be located in Marathon. After a year of searching, they found this house and knew it was perfect for them and other large families to enjoy. Every time the owners stay at their Vacation Home, they feel like they are in Paradise. They are very grateful to share this home with their family and other families that will create everlasting memories in their home away from home.
