About this property

Contemporary single storey house 5 minutes from downtown and the marina, fully equipped, comfortable. Ideal rental for families.

This house is composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with dining room and living room leading directly onto a south-facing terrace, a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 beds bunk; the bathroom has a vanity unit and a walk-in shower.

The car park can accommodate 2 vehicles on a fully enclosed plot.

For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival. The bathroom and household linen is included in the rental. A cot and high chair will be available for the youngest.

For hygienic reasons, our animal friends are not accepted.

Une belle maison où il fait bon vivre !

Tout est parfait dans cette location, toutes les commodités sont là, de l'espace, du calme. La météo bretonne nous a même permis de sortir : dommage, nous aurions bien aimé profiter plus de la maison ! ☺ Un accueil très sympathique de la part de nos hôtes, ce qui ne gâche rien. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location, bien située pour visiter différents lieux entre 0,5 à 1h de distance. Merci pour cette belle semaine !

Séjour très agréable

Hôtes charmants, maison fonctionnelle, agréable, propre, très bonne literie. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec cadeaux à l'arrivée, conseils sur ce qu'il y a à faire et à voir. Nius recommandons sans hésitation...

Belle maison avec belle prestation

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est conforme a l'annonce et elle est très bien équipée. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec de bonnes crêpes, jus et cidre. Et merci pour les conseils de visite pendant notre séjour pluvieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellente semaine au calme

Maison moderne confortable, spacieuse et très très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le quartier est calme, un peu excentré mais avec des transports, bus et tram, accessible à pied en quelques minutes. On peut garer la voiture dans l'allée de la maison, derrière le portail fermé. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
