House is surrounded with wire fencing and plants for privacy. Situated in a large property with surrounding greenery. Guests have access to a pickle ball court for afternoon enjoyment. Property is accessible to transportation; tricycle, jeepney or automobile. Nearest beach and surfing area is Rizal which can be reached in 10 minutes by tricycle or driving. A motor scooter is available for rent. This is a comfortable stop for tourists who plan to go bird watching in Bulusan lake/volcano or to beaches in Matnog, Irosin or Casiguran Sorsogon.
