Stand alone Cape house on a dead end road off of Conwell St. Great location easy walk to town center or biking through out town or to the beach. Far Land , Route 6, Bike Trails, Ace Hardware, Shank Painter Road. Beautifully landscaped yard. Recently renovated with new flooring, entire interior repainted, new second floor bath, updated first floor bath and kitchen improvements. Guests enjoy the layout of the house and the privacy of the rooms. The extensive outdoor space offers plenty of room to spread out. Main floor: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bath, Bedroom with Queen Size bed, Study with day bed, Washer/Dryer.
Expandable dining table with plenty of extra chairs through out the house.
Second floor has 2 huge bedrooms. 1 with King Size bed and ample single closet. The other has 2 double beds with a large double closet. Newly renovated Bathroom on second floor. Walk in Shower and adjustable shower head. Outside is a very large outdoor shower with a bench. Gas BBQ grill. There is a comfortable wood deck when you step out of the kitchen with a step down to a large stone patio with table and chairs that can easily seat 8 people.
Large driveway with parking for 4+ cars. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are available for renters use. Rental fee includes Bath towels, Bed linens, paper napkins and towels. Cleaners and dishwasher pods. Well stocked kitchen with blender, Keurig and Coffee Maker, large toaster, cookware and glassware.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Loud music after 11 pm inside or outside.
Trash barrels and recycling bins must stay in the shed to keep animals from getting into them. A $50 removal fee for overflow trash and recycling.
AC /Heating - remotes. A $150 charge for any missing remotes missing at the end of a stay. Please put them back in the holders in each room.

Great Property and Hosts

This was a clean, modern, well-maintained property. The owners were very communicative anytime we had questions. The property is a short walk to Commercial St. and the heart of Ptown. Very comfy beds. Nice outdoor space. Would definitely stay again.

An amazing Provincetown Oaisis

Classy, comfortable, clean.. this place felt like home. It has all the amenities we needed and was convenient.A li'l walk from the busy Commercial St, it was quite safe and peaceful.If you are walking, just beware of a short gravel street to get to the house

Great Ptown Stay

This house was such a great find for our trip to Ptown. The location of the house is walkable to everything in the center of town so long as you don't mind a brief part of it not having sidewalks. The house itself has a lovely yard and inside had plenty of space for our group!

Fun Family Getaway

Home is close to commerce street where most of the restaurants and shops are located. It's a nice easy walk. Ample parking for three vehicles. Every thing we needed were supplied. Enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for friends and/or family!

I stayed here with 6 other friends this past weekend and it was amazing. Just a 10 minute walk to the PTown action, a lovely property with great outdoor space for hanging out and grilling, and plenty of space and well decorated interior. We had no issues with anything at all, the host was responsive to messages and flexible. I could not recommend this place enough and hope to stay again!

Girls’ Weekend

This was the perfect place for our girls’ weekend. Great location within walking distance of Commercial Street and nice and cozy when we had a rainy afternoon. The dryer was key after getting caught in a downpour. Five stars!

This house and property are absolutely amazing, perfect quiet location near the center of all the action on commercial street and very close to the beach. We enjoyed many evenings on the patio and the beach gear came in so clutch. Our small pup loved the yard and property too.Description and pictures are accurate although I’d argue the gardens and renovations are beautiful and well cared for. The house comes fully stocked with everything you may need including a BBQ and equipment.Carlos and Fernando are excellent hosts very communicative and responsive, would recommend this property. We’ll be coming back!

One of my favorite rentals ever

The vibe is so fun and so tasteful at the same time. Perfect Stay in PTown

My friends and I stayed at this house this past weekend, and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone, the house was very nice, the outdoor area was great, and the location was perfect - quiet street away from it all and under 10 minutes you could walk to town. The house looks great in the pictures, but it’s actually better in person. I would definitely stay here again! Carlos was very easy to reach and always responded right away. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Provincetown, this is it!

Great house and so convenient!

This lovely home is spacious and convenient to town with a wonderful yard and gardens. It is well equipped for cooking or just relaxing with take-out (lots of nearby restaurants). Clean and well set-up (with towels and sheets). Good space for one well behaved dog. One disappointment was that the listing says there's a hot tub - there is not. We will consider coming back!

Great House!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space. It’s a short walk from all of the restaurants and bars along commercial and close to the biking trails. We weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor space due to the weather, but it was gorgeous. The owners are lovely and very responsive. We had an issue with the heat when we arrived but they went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. We would certainly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Rainy weekend in Probincetiwn

Despite an extremely rainy three days in Provincetown during a northeaster- incredible rain and wind- we were very comfortable in Carlos’ house. Good location, comfortable beds, lovely garden, which we would have been happy to enjoy if it hadn’t been so wet. One caveat: because there are no overhangs over the side entrance, every time we opened that door the rain came in, and if we entered through that door it was impossible not to track in water and dirt.

Nice house, Great Location

The measure of a good vacation rental is the number of times it was necessary to communicate with the host. Our two night stay required only one such message for a very minor matter. Carlos' house was a perfect place for our family trip to Provincetown for a wedding. Plenty of room for three couples and the four grandkids. The house was clean and bright and well located for our forays into town. Just one note: I received conflicting notices about the entry code ... resulting in a bit of confusion and frustration. But overall a minor inconvenience and a great stay. Special thanks to Carlos for accomodating us so we wouldn't be late for the late Saturday afternoon wedding. Very helpful and much appreciated.

AMAZING GET AWAY

This was such an amazing getaway. This house was so perfect for my sisters 35th bday weekend. So much space and the beds were so comfortable. Loved everything about this house and would stay again 😊
