Spacious, great location

Nice house on a large plot of land with plenty of parking space. There is a covered outdoor eating area with a large BBQ. Fantastic location with direct access to the sea, access is across some rocks so best to wear sandals or swim shoes. Water was incredibly clear with lots of fish. Several very nice restaurants within 5-10 minutes’ walk and also a very nice bakery. Great service and communication from Klodge.

Alles in allem ein schönes und tolles Haus.

Die Lage und der Zugang zum Meer sind toll. Leider nur für trittsichere Personen aber mit entsprechenden Schuhen geht es gut. Der gedeckte Sitzplatz zum Essen ist genial.

Sehr schöne Villa in Traumlage

Die Villa Miriam liegt ruhig in fussläufiger Entfernung zu den Stränden von Pittolongu und Bados auf einem großen Grundstück direkt am Meer. Sie bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern auch für größere Familien viel Platz. Außenküche, Liegen und Equipment sind komplett. Die Lage ist herausragend. Die Villa ist zurecht nicht billig, weil die Lage und das Grundstück großartig sind. Ein Teil der Miete muss in die Ausstattung und Unterhaltung gesteckt werden, sonst wirtschaftet man auch das schönste Objekt irgendwann runter. Wenn von 4 Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Haus 3 kaputt sind, das WLAN instabil und lahm ist, man kaum drei gleiche Tassen oder Gläser im Haus findet, die komplette Außenbeleuchtung defekt ist, dann ist der Punkt erreicht, dass der Vermieter mal dringend wieder investieren muss, wenn er sein schönes Haus erhalten will.

Una piacevole vacanza con la famiglia

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Miriam per il secondo anno consecutivo. La villa è in una posizione molto panoramica, con una splendida vista sul mare e sull’isola di Tavolara, poco distante dalla spiaggia di Bados. È una casa confortevole e ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata, tv Led, cucina esterna con barbecue) l’unico grande assente: il WI-FI. Se l’anno scorso ho chiuso un occhio su questa mancanza, quest’anno, che ho dovuto lavorare a distanza, mi è pesato molto il Fatto di non avere una dotazione ormai indispensabile nel 2022 e che ci si aspetterebbe in una villa come questa. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza e un ringraziamento particolare va a Cristina e Alessio di Klodge, per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la professionalità dimostrata.
