Stay in the heart of Gascony in this recently fully renovated Manoir and enjoy wonderful views of the rolling countryside. Situated in the golden triangle of the Gers, midway between the market towns of Condom and Lectoure. Entertain in a huge, beautifully appointed kitchen which leads onto the main hall dining area and outdoor terrace, each with seating for 14. Relax in the salon, gardens, or by the large pool and stone pool house.

The chateau is situated within 12 acres of grounds. The gardens include a swimming pool with large terrace and pool house.

Accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms, all with high quality bedding & luxury en suite bathrooms. The house is bright and airy with high ceilings and rooms have floor to ceiling windows/shutters.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, hall, salon and access to a large terrace for outside dining. There is also a study which can be used as a "working space". From the kitchen there is access to the cave for storage, fridge, ice making machine, microwave etc.

There is a woodburning stove in the kitchen and open fire in the salon.
Opposite the house in one of the outbuildings is a fully fitted laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

Please note the 2 x bedrooms with 2 x single beds in each can easily be transformed into 2 x kingsize bedrooms.

The attic is ideally set for children - having 4 single beds and an en suite with shower.
