Our facility is located in a hilly area just 5 minutes walk from the town center and the lake. Well-kept private garden of 100sqm with JACUZZI HYDROMASSAGE SPA BATH for the exclusive use of guests of Magic Garden. Communal swimming pool (mini residence of only 4 users) with reserved umbrella and sunbeds. It is the ideal solution to fully experience the magic and romance of the lake without giving up the symbiosis with nature.

Located in the ancient village of Lenno in Viale Libronico 4 / A, on the slopes of the western shore of Lake Como, our structure has a private garden of about 100 square meters and enjoys a breathtaking 360 ° panoramic view of the lake, surrounding mountains and the splendid and unique Gulf of Venus. The accommodation, arranged on one floor, is suitable for up to 4 adults and has: living area with kitchen and large double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, external veranda, garden and vegetable garden private with private jacuzzi, swimming pool available to all guests.

The livingroom:
Large and bright, it features a relaxation area where the splendid view of Lake Como and the Balbianello predominates. Located on the ground floor, it offers a large window that allows direct access to the garden.

The kitchen:
Finely furnished and fully equipped, it has a traditional oven, 4 burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large wooden table suitable for 5 people.

The "Double Room" (2 beds):
Equipped with direct access to the garden and splendid views of the Madonna del Soccorso Sanctuary, included in 2003 by UNESCO in the list of World Heritage Sites. Available: double bed and large wardrobe.

The bathroom:
Our accommodation has a bathroom with sanitary facilities, sink, spacious shower cubicle and washing machine.

The external veranda:
It proves to be particularly flexible in the summer and spring, during sunny days it can be used as a solarium or as an outdoor dining area. Available: barbecue, large dining table with chairs and deck chairs.

The garden:
The real pearl of "Magic Garden" is its large private garden of about 100 square meters. Here our guests can enjoy, in the utmost confidentiality, a marvelous 360 ° view over Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Available: relaxation area with chairs and table for an outdoor breakfast or an aperitif at sunset.

The pool:
A splendid swimming pool for relaxation and fun is available to all guests.

Access for guests
At your disposal everything you need for a relaxing and regenerating stay. Our accommodation is equipped with: hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, bathroom linen, bed linen, 65-inch LCD TV.
The center and the Lido di Lenno can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From the marina, ferries leave every hour for Como and the main lake towns such as Bellagio, Cernobbio, Argegno, Nesso. Possibility of boat rental, private dinners with chef or pizza evening.
