This will be your most comfortable stay yet!

This 3 bedroom condo is the suite in the Rockwood Resort on Indian Point! Stunningly decorated and fully stocked with superior sheets, towels, kitchenware's, etc, this space is intended to feel just like home. You'll have immediate access to the lake right outside the door and the huge pool just a few steps away. You'll even have an incredible view from the spacious and cozy patio!

The master bedroom features a king memory foam bed with a down duvet and memory foam pillows. The master bathroom features a giant jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower big enough for two. The second bedroom also features a king memory foam bed with a down duvet. The third bedroom features 2 Full-size bed with memory foam mattresses and one of the beds also has a Full-size pull-out trundle bed under it (3 full-size beds). The second bathroom has a full-size shower/bath combo.

The condo was as described. Plenty of room for my brother’s family and mine. I wish the wooden playgrounds were better maintained for our younger kids. Other than that, it was close to perfect. Thank you!

Stinky property

The condo was beautiful, the view was beautiful and those alone would get a 5 star rating; however, there were 30+ goats fenced in right under our back patio and the smell the entire week was atrocious! The potency of the urine smell was horrible and difficult to tolerate. The goats were moved the last day, so the smell got a little better but not much. The only playground was not usable and there was no where to safely get in the lake to play - maybe to the left of the dock only. The resort across the way had a water jump pad for kids to play but not this resort. There were multiple hornets nests in the pool area so be careful. I would visit again if the goats were not there, and the upkeep of the resort was a little better. As far as the condo it was excellent and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are a lot bigger than it looks - even the 3 bedroom has way more walking room than it looks in the pictures. The condo was able to accommodate my family comfortably and the kitchen was fully stocked. It it was a beautiful condo, but the goats were a huge turn-off for me.

No hot water for 48 hours, no television service during entire visit, filthy pool bathrooms

The breaker kept tripping. We reset it and it kept tripping so we didn't have hot water for 48 hours. The property manager came out one evening at 10pm and reset it but by morning it had tripped again. Therefore, no hot water for showers for 10 people, no hot water to wash dishes nor to be able to do laundry. One morning at 4am, the 3'x3' mirror in the bathroom fell off the wall onto the floor and shattered into pieces. It woke all of us (even the 2 babies) and we spent an hour sweeping and scrubbing the floor for shards of glass. The mirror had been only GLUED to the wall with 5 spots of glue. I'm sure the humidity in the bathroom after showers loosened the glue and it fell off the wall! There were 5 televisions in the condo but none of them worked. We couldn't connect to wifi nor could we get local channels. The pool was nice but the 2 bathrooms in the pool area were filthy, no soap in either and only one bathroom had water.

Wonderful holiday stay

My family of 9 stayed 5 nights. Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of bathroom space. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal in the spacious kitchen (we brought some of our own cooking items). The property is very close to Silver Dollar City. I highly recommend staying here.

Condo close to SDC. Quiet location. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels. Looks like it was well loved this past summer and may need some maintenance to the slider door and curtain rods. Overall good experience.

Branson weekend

The condo was beautiful, perfect size. Only problem was the bedding for pull out beds smelled of urine and the pullouts where not clean. Adult daughters slept on air mattresses we had to purchase. The view of the lake was breath taking at sun set. all the grandkids enjoyed to close stay to SDC.

We enjoyed the spacious condo with family. Great access to the water and view of Table Rock lake. Our hosts provided many nice touches with conveniences. Wonderful kitchen and master suite.

Great property on Table Rock, only about 20 minutes from Branson. Silver Dollar city is right down the street. Property was very clean and well maintained. Had a great time!

Spacious, great for big groups.

We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers, and we had plenty of space to spread out around the deck, living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was quite big and well stocked. The master bedrooms were nice and had very comfortable beds, one had a private restroom with a jetted bathtub. Third bedroom had three full sized bed. A little cramped buy, perfect for kids. The location was great, a short walk down the hill to the lake, and a super short drive to Silver Dollar City. The only thing that was only good, not great was the dock. It was very utilitarian, made just for parking boats, not to really hang out on. There wasn't even a ladder to get back onto the dock if you want to jump in for a swim. We made the best of it, fashioned our own rope ladder, and spent most of the day floating around the dock and throwing the football. Kids had a great time. Thanks for the stay!

Great condo! Had a pretty view of the lake & was very clean and spacious. Great master bath.

We loved our stay here! Brought 11 kids and 3 adults for a weekend trip to Silver Dollar City. It was perfect for us. Very, very close to SDC. We cooked our meals and enjoyed the balcony view and also enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.
