Family time in Congac Cottages

From the time of booking Monica, was more than helpful in supporting us with ensuring our stay was one to remember. The property was excellent, everything we had wanted this holiday. The location was perfect for us, only being a short drive to get supplies. I would highly recommend Congac Cottages and will definitely be back.

The house is well located for exploring the River Charente and surrounding area. We found the house to be very well equipped and the hosts, Monica and Warren, worked hard to welcome us and ensure that our stay was comfortable. They went to the trouble of putting an air conditioning unit upstairs which was needed and appreciated as it was very hot when we were staying. We enjoyed using the salon which is a comfortable room. We found the kitchen to be a bit damp but in discussion with Monica and Warren they would have put in a dehumidifier which they had but weren’t using because it produced heat which was a significant issue at the time of our visit. Overall we enjoyed a comfortable stay in a beautiful part of France and Monica and Warren were professional and approachable hosts.
