In the heart of the Private and Guarded Estate of Gaou Bénat, magnificent stone Bormes villa of 115 m² living space plus 84 m² of terraces, completely refurbished in 2013.
At an altitude of 90m, it offers a 120 ° view of the sea and the island of the Levant.
The estate has a private beach with a bar-restaurant, tennis, a sailing club and a grocery store.

The house is on the hillside, on 3 levels, two of which are available.
It has 2 parking spaces.

The accommodation is fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort: dishes, washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave / oven, fridge-freezer, 53cm flat screen TV, mini-chain.

Le site est splendide l’environnement l’est tout autant et la maison parfaitement conforme à la description La répartition des espaces était parfaite pour nos besoins en famille Vue magnifique et plusieurs espaces de détente à l’extérieur selon les moments de la journée et la recherche de fraîcheur L’accueil a été aussi agréable qu’efficace Bravo à l’équipe qui nous a accueillis et à clôturé notre séjour À refaire

Magnifique séjour sur la côte varoise

Séjour dans la magnifique copropriété du Gaou Bénat. Maison avec vue sur l’île du Levant. Point de départ pour balades en vélo (avec AE) en profitant des pistes cyclables notamment l’ancienne voie de chemin de fer pour rejoindre les belles plages du Lavandou, pour une traversée vers Porquerolles ….

Dans la nature

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans une vaste maison noyée au milieu des pins avec comme toujours au Gaou une belle vue sur la mer. Des terrasses parfaitement sécurisées et très belles ont permis à chacun de vaquer tranquillement au retour de la plage. A refaire!!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage mit Meerblick

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, sich im Außenbereich je nach Tageszeit niederzulassen und dabei die grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer zu genießen. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Vue imprenable sur le cap

La maison est basique mais l’endroit est magnifique donc le sejour s’est passé très bien ! Le proprietaire a été très gentil tandis que l’agence qui s’occupe de l’acceuil insuffisante mais nous nous sommes débrouillés

Maison avec gros potentiel mais manque d'entretien

Je rejoins un précédent commentaire : la maison a une vue magnifique mais n'est pas entretenue, quel dommage ! Les points positifs : - gentillesse du propriétaire et communication facile : celui-ci nous a fait une ristourne car le lave-linge était cassé à notre arrivée - vue magnifique - maison très bien agencée avec 2 espaces nuits distincts - emplacement au sein du domaine privé du Gaou Benat - calme et reposant - lit bébé à disposition sur demande Points négatifs : - maison sale : papiers gateaux et chips retrouvés dans les tiroirs, insectes écrasés contre les murs, poussière dans toutes les pièces.. - manque d'entretien : la nappe du salon est largement trouée (pourquoi laisser une nappe ainsi en location?), les lumières extérieures sont allumées 24/24 car il est impossible de les éteindre d'après l'entreprise gérante, lave-linge cassé, meuble de la salle de bain qui s'effrite, détecteur de fumée qui traine sur un meuble sans les piles.. - retard lors du RDV pour l'état des lieux d'entrée sans appel préalable Précisions: pas de drap, ni serviette, ni torchon dans la location. Au final, nous ne recommandons pas cette maison malgré la gentillesse et sincérité du propriétaire. C'est bien dommage au vu du potentiel de la location!

Sehr charmantes Haus in schöner Lage mit tollem Meerblick

Zwei komplett getrennte Schlaf- und Badbereiche mit jeweils zugehöriger Terrasse, großes Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche und schöne Terrasse gemeinsam. Aus allen Bereichen Meerblick. Es fehlte lediglich ein Sonnenschutz für das Frühstück auf der Terrasse (Sonnenschirm mitbringen). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison avec une vue magnifique mais sale et très vieillissante.

Positif : la situation est idéale, la vue superbe, l espace de vie confortable. Négatif : logement sale, équipement très vieillissant et bon à changer...dommage car il suffit d un peu d entretien et d investissement. Attention il faut une la carte payante pour entrer dans le domaine. Pas de WI-FI et de plancha pour un barbecue.

Grande maison, belle vue, au calme

Maison typique du Gaou Benat, spacieuse avec trois chambres. Belle vue sur l île du Levant. Confort simple mais suffisant, deux salles de bains. Très calme, loin des routes et au milieu d un espace très protégé. Au total excellentes vacances avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. seuls point négatif, le jardin n est pas entretenu, c est dommage.
