The beach is just a few steps from the verandah. Great for families and friends!

On holiday or for work, or both, this great villa, is equipped for your comfort. Good internet and working space.

Sea facing double storey villa situated in a tropical garden, with direct access to the beach.

All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Two of them with a balcony, with sea / garden view. (Main bedroom, en suite: bed 180 m x 2m, 2nd bedroom: bed 1m50 x 2m), 3rd bedroom: 2 singles/twin: 90 cms x 2 m (a couple/as singles), 4th bedroom: 2 singles 90 cms x 2m). 1 shared bathroom. Baby beds x 2, high chair & baby bath.

For our planet: Daily garbage recycling at the property.
Tap water not recommended for drinking. A big bottle of water, which can be exchanged and purchased at all major supermarkets for your personal use.

Great walks on the beach! Garden with coconut trees.

4 bedrooms have air-conditioners & fans

Ceiling fans in the 2 sitting areas.

Downstairs, equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), oven and gas stove. Laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities, a guest toilet, big lounge/TV room and a verandah with sitting/eating areas. (Ceiling fan in sitting area).

Fabulous beach front property

We had a wonderful week in Nathalie's house, right on the beach, which was perfect for the kids to swim everyday. Beautiful quiet beach. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and Priya the cleaner was amazing and so friendly! Communication with Nathalie was easy, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We are a family of 7 ranging from 2 years to 75years .What a great house on a beautiful beach it was very private .The location is so convenient.Nathalie the owner helped us arrange transfers and tours personally greeted us and had a meal ready on arrival she made our experience of Mauritius unforgettable.The 2 maids were so lovely and we could relax and enjoy the holiday as all the housework was taken care of .We would highly recommend this holiday house.Already missing the amazing sunsets .

The beach, the sunset. Feel at home in this villa. Nicely decorated and well secured and equipped. Close to all amenities and in a residential area.

What makes this property unique

Sit back and RELAX!! The villa is very well equipped for your comfort. House employees very helpful and discreet. Kayaks are available on request. The villa on the beach is perfect for all! Kids are quite safe too playing in the shallow end as the water is usually calm. A special time is the sunset under the coconut trees and a barbecue is also available. The dining area outside is definitely a great advantage. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned for your comfort and ceiling fans under the verandah seating area and in the lounge.
