In Alicante and in the natural park of the Sierra de Fraile (Urbanization el Navarro) with all services the property is located [800 meters from the town of Biar (5 minutes on foot) and 45 km from Alicante. (45 minutes drive to the beach)]
The distribution is as follows:
Full kitchen. Dining room officce, with double table service. Living room and reading area with home, Three double bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the second one with hydromassage bath, 8-seater sauna with attached shower. Two storage rooms and cellar used as a tank for sprinkler irrigation of garden lawn. Two terraces winter south / summer north. Garage.
