See an amazing SUNRISE from your private BALCONY. Clean and Relaxing

Most of the building has been remolded since the hurricanes but the POOL is NOT open at this time. Construction is still going on. What it does offer is a beautiful sunrise from your PRIVATE balcony. Just steps away from the beach.

Clean oceanfront condo. Two queen beds, 1 queen/murphy ( orthopedic mattress), One queen pull-out sofa bed. 1 full split bathroom, vanity separate from tub/shower, and commode. Saves time while other takes shower. Full kitchen with all appliances (toaster, can opener, blender, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer ) everything you need to fix your favorite meal. Dining table seats four. Forty-two inch SMART TV with three HBO channels. Free WiFi. This is a second-floor unit with steps or elevator access. My favorite is, waking up and catching a beautiful sunrise.
The resort features a remolded fitness center with a great ocean view and coin washers/dryers, all with elevator access.
So bring your bathing suit and enjoy one of the most beautiful spots on the beach. You will enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, miniature golf, and nightlife all within walking distance, or hop on the city bus to other attractions.

Nothing better than being able to watch the sun rise from your room/balcony with a nice cup of coffee- maybe my favorite part of this stay! Clean, comfortable, easy to access, and equipped with what you need for a beach stay. Loved my time here.

Had an issue with the shower. The owners were so helpful and responsive. Then even came out on Easter Sunday to make sure we were comfortable. The view is private and amazing. Right across the bridge gives it easy access and right on the water. Great people and very attentive

Hi Dave, Thank you for the review. Unfortunately we can't do anything about pot smokers since a lot of folks now have the medical card. Since smoking is not allowed in units they smoke on balcony. This isn't all the time just depends on booked guest. Sorry for the smell.

Great oceanfront view and location. Lifeguard tower staffed year round.
Enjoy the sunrise, on your oceanfront balcony or just a few steps away you can be on the beach. Restaurants, shopping, fishing, activities, Starbucks, CVS and 7 Eleven all within walking distance. Coin operated washer and dryers on property. A grocery store is about 1 mile away. There is City bus service, taxi or Uber available. I also take great pride in my unit being clean and free of bugs.

Great clean condo with oceanfront view and beautiful sunrises.This is a quiet and safe resort. Not central party location. Daytona Beach Shores area. Main Daytona area attractions are approx. 2-3 miles.
