Two family sitting areas, 2 Washing machines and 2 dryers plus a tank less water heater (never run out of hot water!) Sleeps 16 people. The property has a garage for parking (and to store bikes and beach gear) plus 2 additional parking spaces and an outside shower. The accommodation has all the amenities from central air to Cable TV and Wifi and more! Our home is located in the desirable Gardens section of Ocean City, which is less congested and has some of the the best beaches on the island, yet walkable to the boardwalk and minutes from the beach.
We typically use a local property manager to ensure the best experience with all your needs. Our weekly rate for 2024 is $10k /week; Saturday checkin at 4pm, checkout by 10am.
