With a unique location in the heart of a natural park ( Parque Natural do Norte de Portugal ) Casa do Pinhal sits in a tranquil narrow strip full of pine trees between the beach and the river Cavado.

The house has a unique location in that on one side it borders the river Cavado, and on the other side you stroll through pine trees which opens up to huge expanse of have miles of sandy, unspoiled, and never crowded beaches.

The villa is well thought out and provides great 'indoor/outdoor' flow and is set in gardens with more than 1/2 acre of well manicured gardens -with a swimming pool!

Casa do Pinhal, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms PLUS an Annexe in the garden with a further bedroom (Bunk Beds suitable only for teenagers or confident children) and en-suite shower-room.
There is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, nespresso machine, and all the usual kitchen appliances ). There is also a separate annex room for laundry with washing machine, iron etc

There are 3 double bedrooms with double beds, all with en-suite, and there 2 twin bedrooms sharing the a family bathroom. This means the main house sleeps a total of 11 persons. Finally there is a bedroom 'annexe' in the garden with Bunk-beds and en-suite shower-room - this is ONLY for teenagers or older/confident children. It has bunk beds, a shower room and a toilet - towels provided. It is functional as opposed to being at the same comfort as the main house. As one previous guest told me... "don't worry, they are not paying the rental invoice 😊"
