Amazing stay and lovely hosts

Beautiful place, very clean and quiet. Hosts were amazing and very helpful. View from hot tub was stunning, will be back!

Amazing from start to finish

Had an amazing relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Shipon. Was great to wake up to the birds and be able to walk round the farm taking in the peace and tranquility. The owners are super and little touches really made this something quiet special. Will be back for sure!! There is so much to see and do locally and the food and cider are top draw. Even better is this is a working farm so is a home away from home. Getting to meet the dogs cat and horses was great and the owners really make you feel part of the family. This is a hidden gem and you won’t be disappointed!!!! We have stayed in many places but this is truly spectacular and can’t wait to get back and catch up with what’s been going on. For those that need WiFi you have signal but you won’t need it, just go out sit and watch the world go bye while listening to the sheep and birds and other wildlife.

Beautiful setting ... lovely property

Stayed for 4 nights for a short break. The Shippon is furnished tastefully and to a high quality. Welcome additional touches such as scones, cream and jam much appreciated. The setting is beautiful and the sunsets from the decking area stunning. Thanks to Fiona for your hospitality. We would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in Devonshire countryside

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on the farm in Winkleigh. The cottage was perfect for 2, nice and modern and had everything we could need for a few days holiday. Lovely views of the surrounding countryside and about a short drive away from the nearest villages as well as good location to get to the coast or Dartmoor. We had good communication directly with Fiona before and during our stay, with no problems at all. Thank you for a great stay.
