Charming house located in the most beautiful area of ​​Saint Malo.
An ideal place for a family or friends since the house has many rooms, a total of 4 plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Comfortable and light, you can enjoy a meal on the deck facing south and thus enjoy the garden. The house is close to the most beautiful beach and sunniest of Saint Malo. Good location but the property leaves a lot to be desired!

On arrival we were met by Nadine who was very helpful during our stay and that was a good thing as there was a lot to address! There was a general air of neglect about the place, garden overgrown and untidy, unusable garden chairs, a garden table with a peeling rusty edge (hazardous to children), BBQ area left in an awful state and washing still on the line (and around the garden) presumably from previous occupants. The kitchen is appalling with a refrigerator door that doesn't close properly, ill fitting kitchen units, bins with broken fitments and spilled food left in the cupboards. A collection of mostly ancient utensils, far too many, cluttered up the kitchen drawers. A hotchpotch of crockery and glasses completed the impression that no one cares what that impression is. The sitting room contained an old sofa and one arm chair covered with an old duvet cover which I washed as it looked in need of it and certainly not sufficient seating for eight adults. Nadine supplied another sofa three days later when requested. The ensuite shower was broken and we had to request that to be fixed..... another few days wait and when we went to use the vacuum cleaner found it to contain exposed wires on the electric plug! We were so disappointed to be presented with such a second rate house in what is the lovely area of Rotheneuf with its beautiful scenery and beaches. I had read the reviews of this property apparently by previous occupants and hope that my comments will give a fuller picture to any future holiday makers.

Maison spacieuse mais besoin d'un rafraichissement

Bien située, la maison serait trÚs agréable à vivre si elle était conforme aux photos de l'annonce : canapés, cuisine, tables salon SaM, tables de nuit, vasques salles de bain... Manque d'entretien certain, surtout dans la cuisine (clayettes frigidaires absentes, panneau bois fixé avec du scotch, tiroir non fixé...). Wifi trÚs trÚs faible quand il fonctionne (il semblerait qu'il soit couplé avec le logement voisin car le wifi a disparu pour la journée à chaque changement d'occupant), mais la couverture 5G fonctionne si besoin.

Dommage de devoir partager le jardin


Une maison agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, quelques rĂ©parations Ă  prĂ©voir (dans la cuisine, et les placards des chambres un peu fatiguĂ©s, et par ailleurs remplis de couettes et de linge). La mauvaise surprise Ă©tait l’aile ajoutĂ©e Ă  la maison et louĂ©e qui crĂ©e une promiscuitĂ© au niveau du jardin.

Mis à part d avoir été surpris par le jardinier sur le terrain un matin location parfaite. Grande maison au calme proche de la mer. Le centre de Saint Malo, a quelques minutes en voiture. Cancale pas loin non plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjours.

AgrĂ©able contact avec Nadine et Pierre,par tĂ©lĂ©phone... Maison agrĂ©able avec 2 s d b et 2 XV sĂ©parĂ©s,le jardin et le barbecue.. quelques problĂšmes avec les lustres sans lumiĂšre malgrĂ© les changements d’ampoules, une seule lumiĂšre dans la s d b Ă  mi-palier... Bref, un bon sĂ©jour dans une rĂ©gion agrĂ©able avec le soleil..
