Fishing, canoeing and kayaking are just steps away from the porch of this quaint little cottage. The use of canoes, kayaks, paddles, and life jackets is included with the rental. There is also a small beach area for children and a fire pit with wood provided.

This rental is conveniently located just minutes away from Pennyrile State Park and only an hour drive from Land Between the Lakes (Kentucky and Barkley Lakes). It is less than 10 miles from Burdoc Farms (wedding venue), so this is a great place for out of town wedding guests.
This cottage comes furnished with appliances, dishware, gas grill, towels, washer/dryer and dvd player w/ 40” television. A blow up mattress is also available to those who would like to bring an additional guest above the listed 3 sleeping spaces. Pets are also welcome for a small additional fee.
