This comfortable villa (for 6 adults and 2 babies maximum) has a large lighted swimming pool (4x9), private professional tennis court, beautiful flower garden with several kinds of fruit trees. The land surface is 2000 m².
The house has 3 bedrooms with its bathrooms/shower (in total 3 double beds + 1 single bed and baby cot). All bedrooms equipped withA/C. Large living room with a beautiful fireplace and a TV lounge, pretty well-equipped kitchen open to the living room.
Master bedroom, kitchen and living room open onto a large sun-drenched terrace with a large lighted swimming pool (4x9), summer lounge, pergola and barbecue area. The private tennis court is only for the guests of the villa.
There is a large garage and an open parking lot.
You will be seduced by the charm, the freshness and the calm of this magical place!
