About this property

Les 5 Terrasses - Gascony - SW France A private pool & a fantastic view !

An old stone house, entirely renovated, built in the ancient walls of this charming gascon village. A stone's throw from the house is the garden and its large swimming pool (12x6 m) with salted water and a fantastic view on the surrounding countryside. The village of La Sauvetat is 12 km from Fleurance, 15 km from Lectoure and 60 km from Marciac.

In August there is the Astronomy Festival in Fleurance, and the Jazz festival in Marciac in July/August. You are near Lectoure, where there is always lots going on.

In the village, there is a small grocer’s shop, tennis and pétanque courts and lovely gascon people.

Like I do, you will appreciate the quietness and easy living of this place. In summer, the house stays cool due to the thickness of the stone walls. The swimming pool is great and is such a calm, private place, not overlooked.

Formidable séjour

Gite à la hauteur de nos attentes, très bien agencé avec beaucoup de goût. Propriétaire trés acceuillante et sympathique. La piscine, le jardin, les terrasses sont superbes avec une vue 👍 Calme assuré. Le village est tout aussi sympa avec son épicerie qui fait plus que dépanner !

Magnifique

Location pleine de charme, fonctionnelle et bien placée pour visiter le Gers. L'accueil de Véronique est attentionné et chaleureux, merci. L'environnement autour de la piscine est exceptionnel, les couchers de soleil y sont superbes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la résidence ‘Les 5 Terrasses’ de Madame Véronique Prié à La Sauvetat (Gers, Occitanie). Nous avons séjourné dans une très belle maison avec tous le confort et tout ce qu’il nous fallait. Il y avait une jolie et grande piscine avec une vue superbe dans un jardin bien maintenu. La charmante propriétaire était présent pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour elle était toujours disponible et prêt à répondre à tous nos questions. Bref, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Un grand merci à Véronique !
