Lovely villa for a big group of family and friends. Highlights are the beautiful pool and the great covered outdoor seating area, which is brilliant for big meals all sitting together. There is no air con so the bedrooms do get hot. The kitchen is a bit small for a big group but is very well equipped with lots of pots, pans and rockery.

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We are delighted that you enjoyed the beautiful pool and the covered outdoor area for your group meals. Regarding the bedrooms, there are ceiling fans installed, and up until now, the thick stone walls have done a great job of maintaining a comfortable temperature inside. We have been renting the villa during the summer for many years, and our guests are usually very comfortable. However, if we notice it becomes necessary for the future, we can certainly evaluate adding air conditioning to a few bedrooms on top floor, to help during the hottest summer weeks. Fortunately, being situated in the hills, the temperature drops significantly in the evening, which naturally cools down the villa and our geusts can enjoy great alfresco dinners in the portico and the garden, with barbecue and pizza oven and the gentle breeze of the Umbrian hills and woods.
