CHARMING AND STANDING PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL VILLA IN DJERBA, 200m from the sea

Our Villa is richly furnished, (we occupy it during our holidays) with all comforts, located 15 minutes by car from the airport (about 15 km), on the tourist road, in front of the Pink Flemish Island.

It is located in a quiet and welcoming Djerbian area. Ideally located 200 m from the sea, on the bay. The first sandy beach is 8 km away.
You can get to the city centre of Houmt Souk in 20 minutes on foot.

You will let yourself be lulled by the local sweetness of life, in the shade of the vegetation of the garden, or by the pool.

Our 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, we also have a single foam mattress. The bedding is recent and excellent. The indoor and outdoor seating is of high quality and comfort. The armchairs are made of wrought iron, the deckchairs are made of plastic.

The atmosphere of our house is warm, charming, sunny and spacious. You will feel at home with us.

We put our house at your disposal, so we leave as many utensils, furniture, knick-knacks as possible, to keep it in its atmosphere.
In the closets and chests of drawers you will find sheets, duvets, pillows, plaids... And space to store your clothes.

The bedrooms and living room have reversible air conditioners.
We thank our future travellers for using the air conditioning sensibly, knowing that the temperature requested must not drop beyond -5 to -8°C, compared to the outside temperature. An air conditioning does not act as a cold room and asking for a temperature that is too low will have the opposite effect and will damage the outdoor groups.

Djerba is an island, electricity and water resources are precious.
