This beautiful villa boasts 8 rooms and spans over 250 m2 across 3 levels. The furnishings are tasteful and inviting, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV, as well as an exit to the terrace. There is also a room with a French bed (160 cm) and a kitchen/living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has a small dining table and a shower/WC. Gas heating is available throughout the villa.

On the lower ground floor, there are 3 rooms, each with 2 beds, and 2 showers/WC. The upper floor features 2 rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm), and an exit to the terrace. There are also 2 showers/WC on this level. The villa has a partly roofed terrace of 25 m2 and an additional terrace of 60 m2. Terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs are available for guests to use. The panoramic view of the lake and countryside is truly marvellous.

The villa is equipped with a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Reserved parking is available at the house. Please note that this villa is for non-smokers only. 2 pets/dogs are allowed.
