The 'Ginestra' is a semi-detached house that boasts of 3 rooms. With its 70m2 space, it is perfect for 4 adults. The house is located on the ground floor and is characterized by its bright, tasteful, and cozy furnishings.

The living/dining room area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV. The room also has an exit that leads to a garden. There are two bedrooms in the house: one with a double bed and a shower/bidet/WC, and the other with two beds. Both rooms are equipped with natural stone floors that add to the cozy ambiance of the house.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC in the house. Additionally, the house has gas heating, which ensures that you stay warm and comfortable throughout your stay.
