This vacation home is a 2-room apartment covering 45 m2 and located on the ground floor. The furnishings are simple and practical, perfect for a comfortable stay.

The living/dining room features a dining table and a satellite TV with a flat screen. You can exit to the terrace from here too. The bedroom is a double room with another exit to the terrace.

The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) at an extra cost. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is gas heating and air-conditioning available.

The terrace is 10 m2 and comes with terrace furniture. Additionally, there are facilities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 2 year-olds.

Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation home and only 1 pet/dog is allowed. There is also free WiFi available for your use.
