Cozy apartment for rent less than a hundred meters from the beach, completely renovated in 2012, for 4/6 people.The apartment consists of 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, a living room, an independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a nice balcony overlooking the pine forest. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, and is very convenient to shops, restaurants and means of transport (taxis and buses). Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters, bicycles and ferries. Tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are not provided during the stay
