💰 Booking for the 82nd Anniversary @ $1200/night with a minimum stay from 5th to 14th August (all Rally days). Shoulder nights @ $1000/night up to 10. Multiple nights and guests must be arranged prior to occupancy.
✨ This property is a corporate/vendor/rally HQ/production crew dream. In previous years (2014, '15, '16, '17, '18, '19), major corporations had bunks/beds for as many as 30+ guests. Located just 1 mile from Exit 30, our retreat ensures seamless ingress/egress, allowing you to avoid traffic interruptions. With 2000 sq ft of living space upstairs and an additional 2000 sq ft of versatile warehouse/office/living space downstairs, this newly constructed, air-conditioned building offers the perfect infrastructure for your corporate needs. The property features a spacious roll-up door and covered parking for bikes, cars, and ample room for trailers or semi-trucks.

Hi, my name is King. Yes, really- I often joke that a name like "King" is how you know your mom is a Texan.
This place is a shop-o-minium. It's really in a cool spot and it's my design studio and toy box. My life's work is based on my own creations. I've been at it as a business for 39 years now. Finally, it's to the point that I can pretty much do the daily tasks from almost anywhere.
So, for the Rally I don't mind doing the work to put all my personal stuff in storage here and travel for a while. Sometimes I catch some music at the Chip, but mostly I just getaway.
You'll undoubtedly find this perfect for your Rally activities. I prefer a corporate vendor who is here to make money. My own work & designs required me to do trade shows for nearly 35 years. So I understand how much work they take and how to best get situated for them logistically and staff needs.
Before buying this place the Rally was a destination since 1996. During that time my bike travels have covered every state and province. I often do private tours of the Black Hills and Yellowstone. For 14 years I lead the Rolling Thunder Across America as well as Carry the Flame Across America. Those were anywhere from 3 to 400 bikes.
This is as good as it gets for having a profitable, safe and fun Rally experience as a vendor. Rest assured that I'll do whatever is needed to help.

Why they chose this property
One of the major problems with Rally is that there are times that the traffic is so bad that you simply can't get there or get back. This is one place that neither of those is true. Another major problem is that traffic is L.O.U.D. and quiet is a premium. So close-in but not LOUD is virtually impossible. Except this is both of those...close-in and quiet.
What makes this property unique
Rally is famous for MONSTER hail and thunderstorms. Bikes can be ridden right inside and we've had up to 20 parked in the shop with 14+ under the awning. The Whitewood frontage road can be used to access the interstate either direction even if traffic is backed up on 14A all the way to Deadwood (you think I'm kidding). So you can always get to where you want to go.
