Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced). 9 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bar 300 m, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 10 km, pebble beach "Caldè" 10 km. Hiking paths: San Michele 500 m. Please note: car recommended.

Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open living room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Bath/bidet/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings. Shower/WC. Gas heating, wood heating (extra). Terrace roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3).
