Podere Villa / Apt. Gigi is a 3-room apartment spanning 65 m2 and is spread across two levels. The apartment boasts of simple and rustic furnishings that add to its appeal. On the first level, there is a living room that comes equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen on this level is well-equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, and has a dining table for your meals.

On the upper level, there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a shower/WC available. The apartment comes with gas heating to keep you warm and comfortable during chilly nights. You can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view from the patio, which comes furnished with terrace furniture and a portable barbecue. Please note that non-smokers only are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Podere Villa / Apt. Gigi is ideal for families with children, as it comes equipped with facilities such as mosquito nets, a children's high chair, and a baby cot for infants up to two years old. The apartment also provides free WiFi for its guests. You can park your car in the reserved parking space available at the house. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets/dogs, which makes it ideal for pet owners.
