The apartment is distributed in a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a large corner terrace, a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.



The UHC ARQUS I is a lovely accommodation where you will feel at home. Ideal for small families or couples.



The property features a nice communal area with a pool and playground for children.



Recently decorated in a Mediterranean style, so you can enjoy an unbeatable summer holiday in the heart of Salou.



GOOD TO KNOW:



- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- Outdoor seasonal swimming pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.

- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
