House "El Roal" Punelas, Granada

Casa Rural “El Roal” is a fantastic 700m square plot house located in the village of Peñuelas (Granada) very close to the A92 road and the Granada airport. It has several fruit trees inside where you can enjoy moments of fullness or simple comfort.
It is important to note that in it you will enjoy maximum tranquility and privacy, away from the bustle of the city.
It is totally oriented to the north and at an altitude of 585 meters above sea level and a few kilometers from Granada capital.
Peñuelas is accessed from the A92 motorway by a fully paved national road.
The rural house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large and functional fully equipped kitchen, a master double bedroom and two more also double, plus three other bedrooms with 2 single beds each. It also has two bathrooms, one on the upper floor and another on the lower floor, these also fully equipped and with shower both.
The house also has heating in all rooms and heat and air pump
conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The customer is provided with towels for the bathrooms. Outside the house you can enjoy a barbecue area, large porch area, planters, fruit trees, large terrace area with a nice pool and ample parking area.
