Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, the local movie theater and all you could need, this private apartment offers all the modern amenities close to downtown DC.

Included in the newly renovated space is a queen bed, modern kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, internet, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and a sofa bed which sleeps two children or one adult, comfortably. Two separate front and back entrances make this private oasis near the park perfect for relaxing after long days.

Should you need recommendations or anything, we live in the house above and are happy to make your stay comfortable. For extra, there is a private parking space.
