I booked this property from 23-26 July 2022. Paula informed me the property wasn’t available after I contacted her to get the check in details 2 days before our arrival at the apartment. The reason given was that the property was undergoing renovation and the dates should have been blocked out. However, she had accepted full payment on 16 September 2021. Despite numerous requests I haven’t received my refund. I’ve also contacted VRBO who said they would send an email requesting a refund. No joy there either. So it’s now 27 July and I’ve yet to receive a refund or any acknowledgment to my requests for a refund. Complete scam!
