For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn. 3 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Shop 2.7 km, supermarket 3.2 km, railway station "Como" 51 km, pebble beach "Serenella" 4.5 km, grass beach "Consiglio di Rumo" 4.3 km. Marina 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 26 km. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und einem fantastischen Panoramablick auf den Comer See und die Berge. Vermieter wohnt im Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
