The apartment is new and is located inside a small building in a country surrounded by the countryside, but very close to the region's main road artery, the SS3bis (E45). It is located just 7 minutes from Umbria's international airport and is strategically located for visiting: Perugia (15 minutes), Assisi (20 minutes), Lake Trasimeno (25 minutes) and all the main tourist destinations in the region. It is on the ground floor with a completely fenced private garden.

Roberta, war eine super Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt vor und auch während des Aufenthaltes lief absolut problemlos. Roberta hat immer sofort reagiert und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ein kleines bisschen Abseits von Perugia. Es ist alles schnell und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub und können Roberta mit ihrer Unterkunft nur empfehlen,

Roberta e sua sorella sono persone splendide! Accoglienti e disponibili! La casa è bella, nuova, spaziosa, comoda e collocata in un'ottima posizione per visitare le città più belle dell'Umbria. È stato un peccato dover andare via al termine della vacanza. Davvero un'esperienza da ripetere!

Immersi nel panorama umbro

Appartamento di generose dimensioni: salotto e cucina open space, camera matrimoniale con bagno, camera con letti singoli che possono diventare un altro matrimoniale, bagno al piano terra con giardino e possibilità di mangiare in giardino. Vicino a Perugia, Assisi, Spello e immerso nel fantastico panorama umbro. Accoglienza e disponibilità da parte della Sig.ra Roberta (la proprietaria) impeccabile! Da ripetere, sicuramente!!!

Appartamento nuovo, accogliente, situato in una posizione ideale per scoprire l'Umbria, in campagna ma vicino alla statale che collega tutte le mete turistiche più gettonate, utile la possibilità di usare il garage, per depositare le biciclette e l'auto . Come già comunicato al proprietario, visto che abbiamo soggiornato in pieno agosto, in quattro, per una settimana, consigliamo di aggiungere all'offerta della location un condizionatore e una lavatrice , così sarebbe perfetto! Giudizio complessivo Ottimo
