Close to Svendborg is Bjørnemose Estate all the way down to Svendborgsund. The East Wing of 480 m2 is rented out here to 20 people. The east wing has been renovated in 2018, where great emphasis has been placed on preserving the incredible atmosphere that an old estate deserves. On the ground floor you will find the large living room, where the beautiful fireplace forms the center and the billiard table emphasizes the wonderful atmosphere. The living room is furnished with bright leather sofas and beautiful large lamps. At the entrance is a library, from which there is also an entrance to the first floor. There is a bright kitchen with direct access to the large, open terrace, where you can enjoy the surroundings of the garden furniture. The kitchen is of course equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove and all other appliances and kitchen equipment that can make cooking go like a breeze. There is service for 50 people, and in a separate building you will also find a large hall with room for 40 people and a small starter kitchen, so the whole family can gather for festive occasions. There is a further separate living room with a small kitchen as well as two sleeping places and a separate bathroom located in the hallway, from which there is also access to the 1st floor. On the ground floor there are three bathrooms and two guest toilets. On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds. One has a private bathroom and the other is connected to a large bathroom with a 2-person whirlpool. For entertainment and several hours of fun, you will find an 80 m2 large activity room with playroom for children with i.a. beach sand on the floors as well as a table tennis table. There is also a separate squash court and a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance).
