A hidden pet friendly Industrial Farmhouse Cottage with a surprising view

Quiet guesthouse with a view. We are located in Northeast GA, one hour north of the Mall of Georgia in Atlanta, 45 minutes from Helen, and Clemson, 2 minutes from the beautiful Toccoa Falls and Toccoa Falls College and historic downtown Toccoa. We are at the entrance to the Northeast GA outdoor playground. Nearby are beautiful hiking trails, wineries and over 40 waterfalls. This cottage is pet friendly with a pre-signed pet agreement and extra charges. Our guest house has 2 queen beds and two couches, a full kitchen, two baths, two porches and is handicapped accessible upon request. Our rate is for FOUR guests. This includes both day and night use. The guest house can be used for small parties and general get-togethers, for an additional fee beyond the nightly guest fee. Also there is an additional charge of $50.00 per night and/or day per guest for more than 4 guests. The maximum limit is 6 guests and this includes children of ALL ages. Since there are only beds for four, two people would have to use our comfy couches.
Guests often see deer, fox, wild birds and beautiful sunrise/sunsets. Depending on the season, you might be able to see or taste our grapes, blueberries, figs, pears, cherries, pecans, or walnuts if the deer or squirrels don't get them first! Perfect for a family get-together, romantic get-away, vacation lodging, week-end travel. It is primarily an adult facility due to our many antiques and upgraded amenities. However it is child friendly with specific limitations concerning the antiques and other items on the property. Rolling, hilly acreage make it the perfect spot for children and dogs to roam and play.
We also offer Uber services for Football games with advance notice.This Cottage would be perfect for a romantic getaway, or any type of vacation where one is looking to escape the "hustle and bustle." It is a perfect spot to spend family time. This property is NOT conducive for parties of more than 6 people maximum without owner consent. If additional people use the Cottage without disclosure, either day or night, you may be asked to leave immediately without refund and/or your deposit returned. This is what keeps our guest house nice for our future guests and we do NOT compromise on additional people beyond what is communicated. We make no apologies for this.

Check-in is after 3:00 pm and Check-out is before 11:00 AM unless special arrangements have been made with the owner. As a courtesy, please let us know your ETA an ETD if possible, prior to the reservation. This aids us greatly in our planning process. A week out, if we have not sent you additional Cottage info including directions and access codes, please contact us and we will send it right away.
Cottage Guidelines: There is no smoking allowed inside the cottage due to our son's allergies. We send out further, simple guidelines for children upon booking.

Additional charges:
1. There is a charge of $50.00 per night or day per guest over 4 people, not to exceed 6 people maximum. Two ppl would need to sleep on our comfy couches. This charge may not show up in the final transaction. It will be worked out between the host and guest after initial payment has been made.
2. There is a charge of $1.00 per log of firewood. Please leave this money on the table.
3. If more than six people use the Cottage for any reason, additional group charges apply. We are firm on this.
4. Pet fees are $25 per pet per night with a two pet maximum.
