The apartment features a practical and beautiful design with one room containing a double bed and a shower/WC, another room with a double bed, and an exit leading to the balcony. The kitchen/living room is equipped with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a dining table, a double sofa bed, and cable TV. Additionally, there is a separate shower/WC and underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
