Positives: really clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated and furnished. Kids loved the table tennis table and provision of games. Telly had Netflix, etc. Bathrooms fab with proper showers. Beds comfy with lovely plush pillows.
Negatives: Think 5pm check in is too late. Pics misleading in that they don't show how close the bungalow is to other properties, it is tucked into a corner of a housing estate. Estate quiet and pleasant, but didn't realise its location from the blurb. Boiled water from kettle is undrinkable so a water filter is definitely needed. Also need a little sink drainer to catch all the bits. Orford itself is just lovely.
