Very nice apartment in a typical Italian villa in the middle of olive garden.

Amazing view of the old town and the sea. 15min of hilly walk to town. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca quiete e relax con una vista su imperia impagabile e le vicine spiagge di sabbia di San Lorenzo, oltre che la vicina Costa Azzurra, siamo stati una settimana con un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo e ci siamo trovati bene; un ringraziamento speciale a Maurizio e alla sua splendida famiglia sempre cortese, premuroso e persona VERA, campione fuori e dentro.

Une fois passé le problème de l'accessibilité ( route pentue et délicate sur 200mètre pour les personnes sujettes au vertige, l'accueil est agréable, réservé avec personnes parlant Français...Des personnes charmantes, de bon conseil, mais aussi sachant rester discrètes (l'habitation principale étant attenante). Nous avions l'appartement le + grand avec 2 chambres et terrasse et une superbe vue sur Impéria et sa baie. Appartement fonctionnel + Calme et accessibilité possible à pied au centre- ville ..compter 20 Minute ).. Bref, de très bonnes vacances dans un cadre agréable avec vue imprenable auprès de propriétaires accueillant et professionnels avec prestations et fonctionnalité de l'appartement de bon niveau.

C 'est bien dommage qu un problème de vertiges pathologiques ai pu gacher partiellement les vacances du locataire .Ca a été une surprise pour nous puisqu en 10 ans de location , avec une maison sur une colline à "90 m d'altitude" ce genre de problème ne c'était jamais posé et ne se posait pas pour les autres membres de la famille.

Una casa ariosa, tranquilla e panoramica

L'appartamento è molto bello, in posizione collinare, dominante su Porto Maurizio e sul mare. E' molto ben curato, pulito, fresco e dotato di tutto l'essenziale. Dispone di un terrazzino panoramico, di un ampio spazio intorno, di un comodo barbecue. Spettacolare il cucinino (che si vede in foto) con vetrata panoramica sulla città. Essendo in collina, le ultime centinaia di metri della stradina sono un pò tortuose, ma sia la città (quindi il mare) che l'autostrada sono a portata di mano. Cordiale e alla mano la famiglia dei proprietari, che abita nella villa, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi informazione, senza mai essere invadente. Devo dire che per noi (coppia con bambino di 8 anni) il soggiorno in questa casa è stato veramente piacevole e ci sentiamo perciò di consigliarla!

Per chi ama la quiete e la natura

La casa si trova in una posizione incantevole dal quale si domina Imperia e il suo mare. Il panorama e gli uliveti di fronte hanno catturato la nostra attenzione dalla mattina alla sera, a colazione, pranzo e cena. L'appartamento rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione : pulito, confortevole, in ordine e attrezzato. Maurizio e la sua famiglia sono persone cordiali, gentili e molto disponibili: come se ci conoscessimo da tanto tempo. Grazie per la bella vacanza !!

"Eine wunderschöne Ferien...

"Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit phantastischer Aussicht von der Wohnung und Balkon auf das alte Porto Maurizio und das Meer. Von der Autobahn ist nichts zu sehen und fast nichts zu hören. Die Wohnung sowie der Außenplatz sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das ligurische Hinterland ist sehr urwüchsig mit interessanten, kleinen Bergdörfern. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Quartier mit Sucht-Faktor... Wir kommen ganz bestimmt gerne wieder!"
